GET INSTANT QUOTE & BOOK ONLINE
Everything people ask us before they book — prices, vehicles, lead times, airports, winter and policies — answered plainly. If your question is not here, call 705-994-5466 and a real person will answer it; we are available 24 hours, every day of the year.
Booking & Pricing
How much does a limo cost in Collingwood?
It depends on the vehicle and how you book it. Point-to-point trips such as airport runs are a fixed flat rate quoted before you travel. Local and event bookings are hourly per vehicle. Because rates are per vehicle rather than per person, a group of eight or ten usually finds the per-head cost very reasonable. HST and gratuity are quoted separately, and there is no surge pricing at any time. See our rates and pricing or call for an exact quote.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as your date is fixed. Prom and wedding Saturdays often sell out months ahead; summer weekends and ski-season Saturdays go next; airport transfers can usually be arranged with a few days’ notice, and we take same-day bookings when a vehicle is free. The rule of thumb: reserve the vehicle before you finalise the itinerary — the plan can move, the Saturday cannot.
Do you charge more on holidays or in bad weather?
No. Your quoted rate is your rate. We do not surge-price on holiday weekends, event nights or snow days — which is one of the practical differences between a car service and a rideshare app on this route.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit of X% secures your date, with the balance due Y days before travel. We will confirm the exact terms when you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to X hours before pickup; within X hours the deposit is retained. Weather-related changes on our side are handled without penalty to you — we will always contact you first.
How do I book?
Three ways: call 705-994-5466, call toll free 844-943-5466, or reserve online. For anything complicated — multiple stops, several pickups, a wedding schedule — a two-minute phone call is usually the fastest way to get it right.
Vehicles & Capacity
How many passengers fit in each vehicle?
Executive sedans carry [1–4]; executive SUVs [up to 6]; stretch limousines [8–10]; Sprinter vans [12–14]; and party buses [18–30]. If your group is on a boundary, tell us the exact headcount and luggage and we will recommend the right size rather than the biggest one. See our fleet for details.
Which vehicle should I choose for my event?
Group size decides most of it. Airport runs and business travel suit a sedan or SUV; a classic formal arrival suits a stretch limousine; bigger celebrations suit a party bus. Winter trips and ski gear almost always mean an SUV or van.
Can you carry skis, snowboards and golf clubs?
Yes — gear capacity is one of the main reasons people book us in this region. SUVs take [up to 4] ski or board bags, Sprinter vans considerably more, and sedans very little. Tell us your exact gear count when you book.
Do you provide car seats for children?
Car seats can be arranged with notice — tell us the ages of the children when you book and we will confirm what we can provide for your date.
Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?
If you or a guest has mobility needs, call us and we will talk through exactly what works.
Airport Transfers
How far is Collingwood from Toronto Pearson?
Approximately 150 km — about 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours in good conditions, and up to 3 hours or more at rush hour or in winter snow. Our Collingwood to Pearson route guide has honest drive times by time of day and a pickup-time calculator.
Do you track flights?
Yes, in real time from the origin airport, on every arrival. If you land early we are already there; if you are delayed your chauffeur waits, and there is no charge for a delay outside your control.
Which airports do you serve?
Toronto Pearson (YYZ), Billy Bishop (YTZ), Hamilton (YHM) and Buffalo (BUF) for cross-border trips, plus regional airports on request. See our airport limo service.
What time will you collect me for my flight?
We work backwards from your departure: the airline’s recommended arrival window plus the realistic drive for your date and conditions. For a 6 a.m. international flight from Pearson that usually means a pickup around 12:30 a.m. — pre-dawn pickups are routine for us. Give us your flight number and we will confirm the exact time.
Where do you meet arriving passengers at Pearson?
At the designated limousine pickup area on the arrivals level of your terminal, or inside the arrivals hall with a name board if you request meet-and-greet — which we recommend for elderly relatives, first-time visitors and long-haul arrivals.
Weddings & Events
Do you do wedding packages?
Yes — timed to the minute across ceremony, photos and reception, with additional vehicles for guest shuttles where needed. See our wedding limousine service and book the moment your date is confirmed; wedding Saturdays go first.
Can you run shuttles for our wedding guests?
Yes, including guest shuttles up from Toronto and the GTA to Georgian Triangle venues, and between hotels and the venue on the day. No guest drives home after the reception, and nobody’s car is left at the venue.
Do you handle proms — and what should parents know?
Yes, and safety is the whole point of a prom booking: a licensed, background-checked professional chauffeur, an agreed itinerary, and a strict no-alcohol policy for under-19 groups with no exceptions. See our prom and graduation limousine service and our sweet 16 and birthday page for the full parent-facing commitments.
Can the vehicle make multiple stops?
Yes. Several pickups, photo stops, venues and a final drop-off all fit in one hourly booking. Share the itinerary when you reserve and we will build the timing around it.
Policies
Can we drink alcohol in the vehicle?
Ontario has strict rules about open liquor in vehicles, so please ask us about our current alcohol policy when you book and we will confirm exactly what is permitted for your vehicle and itinerary. On any booking involving guests under 19, the answer is a firm no, without exception.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
Typically no smoking or vaping in any vehicle, with a cleaning fee if it occurs. We will state it plainly when you book so there are no surprises.
What happens if the vehicle is damaged or someone is sick?
We would far rather tell you the number up front than argue about it afterwards — ask when you book.
What if my plans change on the day?
Call us. Flight delays outside your control cost nothing. For other changes we will do our best to adjust — a chauffeur already assigned to your evening has more flexibility than a dispatch queue, which is one advantage of booking a local company.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?
Yes. Every vehicle is fully licensed and commercially insured — and every chauffeur is professionally trained and background-checked. Documentation is available for corporate procurement on request.
Service Area
Which areas do you serve?
The whole Georgian Triangle: Collingwood, The Blue Mountains, Wasaga Beach, Thornbury, Stayner, Barrie and the surrounding towns — plus trips to Toronto, Niagara, Casino Rama and all major airports.
Do you pick up from Blue Mountain chalets and private ski clubs?
Yes, door-to-door — including chalets up steep private lanes and the private clubs around the escarpment. Give us the full address and any driveway or gate notes when you book; in winter that detail matters.
Do you serve visitors coming FROM Toronto?
Absolutely. Transfers up from the GTA for ski weekends, weddings and getaways are one of our most-booked routes — see Toronto to Collingwood and Blue Mountain.
How far will you travel?
Toronto, Niagara and Buffalo are regular trips; longer journeys are quoted on request. If it is a road trip with a fixed plan, ask — the answer is usually yes.
Winter & Weather
Do you operate in snow?
Yes — winter is our busiest season. Our vehicles are maintained for Ontario winters, and our chauffeurs drive the escarpment and lake-effect corridor daily through the season. When conditions are severe we leave earlier rather than cancel, and we will always contact you proactively about timing.
What happens to my airport pickup if it snows?
We build winter buffers into the pickup time from the start, monitor conditions on the morning, and adjust with you rather than around you. The advantage of a local company is that our vehicle starts twenty minutes from your door, not two hours down a snowy Highway 400.
Is a stretch limousine OK in winter?
On plowed roads, yes. On unplowed chalet driveways, steep escarpment climbs or heavy snow days, honestly, no — stretch limousines sit low. In those conditions we will recommend an SUV instead, because we would rather move you in the right vehicle than sell you the prettier one.
Are you available overnight and on holidays?
Yes — 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including the pre-dawn airport departures and late-night returns this region runs on.
Still Have a Question?
Ask a real person — no phone tree, no callback queue. We answer 24 hours, every day.
